It is the policy of Divinely Bohemian to do everything possible to ensure that you can shop from us with confidence. We ensure our products are of the highest possible quality and we additionally provide detailed information on every item offered in our online store to make sure you are as informed about the products you wish to purchase, as possible.
Goods Damaged on Delivery
If your purchased goods are received damaged, defective or do not match what you ordered, please contact Divinely Bohemian to arrange a replacement, subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us of any problems with your order within 3 days of original delivery;
- The item(s) you ordered should be intact (other than any damage as stated when delivered) and be in its original packaging;
To report an issue with your delivered order, please phone the Divinely Bohemian team on +27 82 410 4004 or send an email to info@divinelybohemian.co.za and we will do our best to arrange that a replacement is sent to you as soon as possible.
Other things to note:
Returns that meet our returns conditions outlined above will be refunded in full (minus any original shipping costs) to the original payment method used when checking out on the [COMPANY NAME]. Return requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and no refund will be offered.

RETURNS: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Can I return a product purchased?
Divinely Bohemian accepts the return of goods purchased on our website only if they are unopened, unused and in their original condition & packaging. Goods must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
Should you wish to return your item/s we will issue a full refund based on the price you paid for the item/s less the courier collection fee of R95. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier collection fee when making a return.
You can choose a store credit or full refund which will be made via bank transfer.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or piercing jewellery due to health reasons.
- How do I process a return?
Please contact us with your full name, order number and the item/s you would like to return so we can open a ticket for a return request and book our couriers to make a collection from you. (The cost of R95 will be deducted from your credit/ refund amount for the courier to collect).
- How long does it take to process a refund or store credit?
Once we have received your return, in good condition, it will be processed within 24 hours. Depending on your bank it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays) to reflect back in your account once we have processed the payment on our side.
Store credit vouchers are issued on the same day, provided your item is in good condition.
- Can I exchange a product?
You are welcome to make an exchange, provided we have stock of the item you would like to purchase.
Kindly note that there will be two courier costs incurred (a courier cost of R95 to send the product back to us and R95 for us to resend you a new product).
